Cosmo Casino review: the Rock Swift side of Casino Rewards

Offer updated: 27 September 2026

Cosmo Casino (cosmocasino.com) looks like its Casino Rewards sisters, a big-city theme with jackpot “chances” for a first deposit, but the licence holder is different. Its terms name Rock Swift Group Limited, licensed and regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission under licence 00884, rather than Fresh Horizons. The games page says it carries two slots you won't find anywhere else. It's English-only and has no Ontario version on the iGO directory.

Who might pick Cosmo

Cosmo suits a slot player who likes the Casino Rewards loyalty scheme but wants a site whose exclusive titles differ from the sister brands. Because the licence holder differs, it's also the one to note if you ever need to raise a complaint with the regulator, since you'd cite Rock Swift and licence 00884.

Games, including two exclusives

Cosmo's games page promises new releases every month alongside the classics, and says two of its slots are exclusive to Cosmo. The rest of the lobby is the familiar mix of blackjack, roulette, video poker and progressive jackpots, with Mega Moolah stories on the homepage. The network's “Highest Win Rate” policy applies here too: it says it runs the top RTP setting a provider makes available.

Welcome offer structure

Like Grand Mondial, Cosmo opens with a batch of jackpot “chances” for a first deposit. The bonus page frames it as the start of a big-city adventure. We don't print figures, so check the casino's bonus terms for today's version and for any follow-up deposit bonuses and their wagering.

Banking and withdrawals

Cosmo's FAQ includes the network's Interac line: deposits may run through PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc. For cash-outs to Canada it lists Visa, CAD EFT/eCheck and bank wire (fee applies). The cashier is the bank icon at the bottom of the casino screen. Withdrawals wait 48 hours and can be reversed while pending. Rock Swift's terms mirror the network's verification and weekly-cap rules.

Mobile

Cosmo works in a phone browser, with an optional download for desktop. It's English-only, unlike the bilingual Fresh Horizons sites.

Limits and exclusion

Support can add deposit limits by day, week or month, a cooling-off break of 24 hours to six weeks, or a six-month self-exclusion. An increase in limits takes 24 hours to apply. You can also ask the Kahnawake Gaming Commission about its comprehensive self-exclusion. Where to get help.

Ontario

There's no Cosmo Casino entry in iGaming Ontario's directory. If you're in Ontario, choose from the regulated list instead.

Strengths and drawbacks

What works

Two slots it says are exclusive to Cosmo
Monthly new releases
Interac mentioned in the FAQ

What to weigh up

English only
Different licence holder from most sister sites (worth noting for complaints)
Jackpot-chances opener leads into more deposits

Our view

Opinion only. We don't score casinos.

Cosmo is a solid Casino Rewards site with one detail most reviews miss: the Rock Swift licence. It changes nothing about how you play, but it matters if you ever need to escalate a dispute.

The exclusives are a reasonable reason to choose it over a sister site. Otherwise, expect the same network experience.
