Privacy
Privacy and cookies
CasinoNook collects as little as possible. We set no cookies, run no analytics or advertising trackers, and have no accounts, forms or newsletters. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. If you email us, we keep your message only as long as needed to deal with it. Casinos you visit through our links have their own privacy policies.

Who is responsible
The data controller for this website is the operator of casinonook.com. For any privacy question or request, write to webmaster@casinonook.com.
What we collect
- Technical data processed by our host. The site is served through a content-delivery and hosting provider that processes request data such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. It does this to deliver pages, prevent abuse and keep the service secure. We don't use this data to profile visitors.
- Emails you send us. Your address, name (if you include it) and message. We use them only to reply and to keep a record of corrections or agreements, and we delete them when they're no longer needed.
We don't collect payment details, identity documents or gambling data. We never ask for them.
Cookies
CasinoNook sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking. There are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or social-media embeds on our pages, so no cookie banner is needed.
When you follow a casino link
Our “Visit” and “Play” buttons take you to the casino's site. From that point, the affiliate network and the casino may set their own cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies. This is how they record that you came from CasinoNook. Read those policies before you register. Some casino terms include broad data clauses: the Casino Rewards terms we reviewed, for example, include consent to use player data for AI training.
Your rights
Canadian privacy law gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email us and we'll respond. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial privacy regulator.
Children
This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under the legal gambling age.
Changes
If we ever add analytics, cookies or forms, we'll update this page first, and the date at the top will change. Related: terms of use and affiliate disclosure.
